Like This Lens
Not a lens expert, but this lens lets me get close from far away and wide when I want to be wide, like for landscapes. Especially like the anti-shake and auto-focus capability. Works seamlessly with the EOS 60D. Sharp, clean, beautiful pix.

Great all purpose lens BUT...
No matter what. U will be impressed by this lens.
Pros:
- This lens is a great lens for walk around
- Coupled with my Canon Rebel t1i it takes sharp pictures due to the high quality glass
Cons:
- How this lens zooms makes it get some dust underneath the from element of the lens
- Just google "canon 28-135mm lens + dust
- And many results will come up

PERFECT
The only thing i dislike is that it collapses its own weight. But other than that wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a perfect medium lens that has all of the best features you could want in this size. This will soon be you go to lens for everyday shooting.

Awesome lens for a great price,
I bought this lens because I couldn't afford the 24-105 but wanted a medium range lens that would work well for photojournalism. What I got was an excellent lens with awesome quality.

This lens stays on camera 95% of time
This lens gives great range from 28 to 135 mm. So it is a general everyday lens that get use 90% or more. It also has fast AF and well constructed. Although not an L lens, the price is very competitive compare to other similar products.

Great for the price.
This is not your L series lens. But, it is a good every day carry for a full frame camera. Having recently upgraded from APS-C to Full Frame, I needed a basic lens. This works. I might have given it 5 stars..but then where would I put the L series lenses.

Surprisingly, I've kinda fallen in love with this lens!
Surprisingly, I've kinda fallen in love with this lens! My wife got it for me a year ago and I like to wait a while before submitting a review on this type of thing...so here we are. Yes, this lens has been around a LONG TIME (20 years or so), Obviously for good reason....it very good!

Four Stars
love this lens. does what its meant to - capture beautiful images but there is specs of dust inside it which shows up in the final image. I ordered this lens to film a wedding, throughout the whole video you can see these specs.
