Most of it's pretty good, a step in the right direction. But the hit dedection is awful and the servers are more dodgey than an insurance salesman's handshake.

When's the last time fans have been genuinely satisfied with a Call of Duty game? When you really think about that question, it is a difficult one to answer. Sure, we all have our favorites but there's no way 2016's Infinite Warfare could be on many lists.

Though I am still working on finishing up the game, Call of Duty: WWII by Sledgehammer Games has been good so far. As far as the single-player missions the game is worth playing but I did find some pitfalls and parts that could have been done better or left out of the game.

The first image in Call of Duty: WWII is of the Call of Duty logo, within which can be seen black-and-white documentary footage from World War II. It's a literal representation of the way in which this franchise has come to crassly appropriate history for the purposes of entertainment.

For the first time in nearly a decade, the Call of Duty series has returned to the bloody trenches and classic boots on the ground combat of The Second World War in response to the desires of the franchises extremely vocal fanbase.

Activision and Sledgehammer Games will release Call of Duty: WWII on November 3rd. Call of Duty: WWII takes players through Europe in history's most monumental war showcasing the unbreakable bonds among men trying to preserve their freedom from a world on the edge of oppressive rule.

Very nice change from the last few call of duty games that have came out. Story was fun and had decent length. My few complaints are the unrealistic attachments (extended mags, red dot sights, variable reticles) etc. Also the multiplayer could use more guns and maps.

My boyfriend has been eyeing this game at Gamestop for a while now. It's a heck of a lot cheaper on Amazon, so I couldn't pass it up as a surprise birthday gift. He's been so pleased with this game, he tells all his friends about how awesome it is.
