- First and foremost, the reasons I bought this game was because Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 ended with a bit of a cliffhanger for me. Secondly, half of the mission got finished and Makarov still survived, which made me want to play this installment to make sure I killed that murderous asshole.

March 20th signalled the release of the first Content Drop for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, unimaginatively called: Collection 1. Included in this downloadable content (DLC) pack for all the non-Elite subscribers are four new multiplayer maps and, for the first time, two new Spec Ops missions.

Call of Duty has become the premiere franchise in all of entertainment, even as I write this review Modern Warfare 3 is shattering sales records. In this installment we have the genre defining competitive multi-player, the story driven campaign, and the return of the Spec Ops mode.
