Actually haven't had a chance to play it since the download took approx 15 hours +. Upon installation, digital keys were missing so there was NO installation. Steam seems to have a knack of screwing up one way or another. Waste of time and money.

This game does not utilize dedicated servers, instead it relies on P2P technology so when you are playing multiplayer you need to shoot 5 feet in front of where someone is to actually hit them.

Ok so this game had loads of hype and was the biggest selling game of 2009 and still provides millions of players hours of enjoyment in it's online multiplayer. As a PC gamer I found the lack of dedicated servers and lack of a console the biggest let down to COD:MW2 and as such never really played...

No one plays this anymore for PC. When this game came out its game play was better than it is now especially for multi-player. Liked this game better than Black Ops. Cant get into a lobby anymore.

For the PC, Modern Warfare 2 is a solid shooter with an excellent but very short campaign, and an improved online multiplayer system hurt by the new matchmaking setups.

Then again, Infinity Ward isn't your average developer. Their Call of Duty games never disappoint and yet they keep offering more than familiar FPS gameplay. It's hard to believe. Call of Duty is still one of Activision's most prominent video game licenses.
