Call of Duty: Black Ops II -- Uprising DLC

The Black Ops II content barrage continues with Uprising , an add-on that's split between four great multiplayer maps and a massive new Zombies quest. We love the ongoing trend of distinct, singular-feeling locations in Black Ops II 's downloadable packs, and Uprising 's offerings don't disappoint.

+ All four multiplayer maps feel really fresh - even the remake; + Mob of the Dead is large and really entertaining

? Can you find all of the easter eggs in Alcatraz

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

Everything blowing up around you, buildings collapsing, bloodthirsty soldiers rushing at you with machetes, bullets whizzing past your ears, tanks appear over the horizon, choppers flood the skies, RPG fire, grenades exploding in your face, rifles firing in your face, blood gushing in your face,...

Concrete improvements and changes in a long-running FPS franchise; the Strike Force missions are fun and a nice change of pace; and even the story's starting to make sense; the direction is top-notch; the music kicks ass - thank you Trent Reznor and Jack Wall

You know what to expect and that's what you'll get; despite the few innovative components

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Review

The Call of Duty franchise has continually steamrolled the competition, and as Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 releases this holiday season, it enters a field crowded with competition. Just the past few weeks alone have brought us Borderlands 2 , Halo 4 and Medal of Honor: Warfighter , with two of those...

Cinematic storyline with branching moments feels truly epic; Multiplayer has been kicked up several notches; New options add lots of replay value

Was the zombie mode worth the hype; Strike Force levels have atrocious AI

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 – Review (360, PS3)

Developed by Treyarch and published by Activision, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is the latest first-person-shooter to be released in the Call of Duty franchise. While the original Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 have pretty much set a massive benchmark for the franchise… does Black Ops 2...

Call of Duty: Black Ops II

COD is back in black, with surprisingly little flack.

Same great COD multiplayer; surprisingly fleshed out campaign with organic branching options; solid storyline; excellent presentation; Zombies mode still holds some appeal

Same frustrating COD multiplayer; strikeforce missions are infuriatingly awful; enemies are hard to spot in the busy environments; Zombies feels like a step back for the mode

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Revolution

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 – Review (Xbox 360)

Despite a formula that's been used for years and years, Treyarch has made Black Ops 2 feel fresh as Call of Duty 4. The rollercoaster ride at the end of the single player is amazing. Multiplayer is addicting and fun. Black Ops 2 is great.
