Very good good monochrome printer. Prints much more quietly than my old printer. While installing I hit the wrong button and got lost in the setup but brother help line got me back on track and were courteous and efficient. I would recommend it to friends and family.

The Printer will never wake after sleep time and show up message "the printer is not connected" and Brother support Are really "BAD" I had been cheating from Brother because they already knew these bad products they ever made and most of Brother printer any model had been most recall.

had my eye on it for a wee while, got it on black friday for good money, hence also good value for money. i had to double-check to confirm that it only scans on one side, a bit of a draw back, but again, it's not a high value machine. the quality is good and toner lasts long enough.

I bought this printer thinking that I would have trouble with the wi fi connection. I was wrong as it connected seamlessly to my Mac book, iPad and iPhone using WPS.

Bought one of these from somewhere else after years of frustration using inkjet printers. Until this point, I had always thought that printing was just meant to be expensive and printers had to be difficult to use.
