Brink
As resources dwindle, the residents of the near-future Ark split into first-person-shooting factions composed of security goons and resistance fighters. You'll start your game of Brink by pimping out your wardrobe, watching an unnecessarily long tutorial video, and then jumping into short campaigns...
Pros:
- + Four classes
- 50-plus abilities
- an arsenal of customizable weapons
- and plentiful dress-up options
- + Atrocious A.I.
Cons:
- - Maps favor clutter and sprawl over organic flow and well-crafted choke points

Brink Review
Unforgivable mistakes leave Brink sitting alone in the corner crying, thinking about where it all went wrong.

Do you remember when Quake 3 Arena came out? id Software were like 'balls to singleplayer, have some bots' and it wound up being a legendary turn of events?

Brink Review
Brink had the potential create a strong following among gamers, however it was poor execution tat leaves it hanging in the wind. A game that should have reached greatness, however has fallen short in a grand display of mediocrity.

Brink Review
Brink for XBox 360 and PC is a first person shooter that attempts to blend together single-player, co-op and multiplayer gameplay into a seamless experience to develop your character no matter what mode you play. You get to decide your role in the game as you fight for survival and the human race.

Brink
Did you play Enemy Territory or Quake Wars: Enemy Territory? Okay, now get rid of the Field Ops class, remove the vehicles from Quake Wars and add in a shitty parkour mechanic. There you go; that's all you need to know about Brink. What are you still doing here? The review is finished. Go home.
Pros:
- Basically just another Enemy Territory with some features removed
Cons:
- Basically just another Enemy Territory with some badly unneeded features tacked-on

Brink Preview
Splash Damage won't ring many bells with console gamers. Initially stumbling upon success with a roster of highly acclaimed Quake 3 mods, they became highly respected for creating both Enemy Territory and handling Doom 3's multiplayer component.

Greatness is rarely achieved without ambition. Jumping into the battlefields of Brink, you get the immediate sense that you are playing an ambitious first-person shooter. Four interdependent soldier classes and three distinct body types combine to create a diverse array of ways to kill your enemies,...
Pros:
- Diverse array of class abilities
- Movement mechanics mix things up
- Stylish character customization
- Multiplayer matches can be intense and exciting
Cons:
- Online games regularly suffer lag
- AI allies and enemies are erratic and unrealistic
- Visual shortcomings make enemies blurry
- Movement inconsistency is frustrating
- Only eight core maps

I liked it despite the reviews!
It was a very fun game, despite the bad reviews plus the new dlc is coming out in a few days! The campaign in single player can get frustrating with the bots, but multiplayer is an absolute blast. You play to win as a team and dont only care about your k/d ratio!
