05.12| Brink
The latest console shooter Brink asks you if you will save the arc or escape it However we want to find out if you should save your money or embrace it
Pros:
- solid class-based shooter with an added parkour element
- full bot support
- so you don't always need that connection
- streamlined system with upgrades a plenty
Cons:
- gameplay doesn't hold up compared to other online shooters
- some graphical issues in pre-patched game
- wish the two sides were more defined
- Beyond parkour
- Brink feels pretty generic

Truely Awful Single Player Experience
To unlock any of the customisation options you have to complete the ridiculously hard challenges, theAI on this game is terrible, the single player is just a series of multiplayer games where your team will leave you behind if you stop to change your character class to a mission relevent one, both...

Cool elements but not enough.
Where to start...I wanted to love this game but it felt incomplete. After a few days of playing the game it was pretty clear to most players I met. The game concept sounded much better than the end result.

Brink Review
When I first played Brink at QuakeCon 2010, I really enjoyed it and was excited about it's eventual release. I was playing the PC version with an Xbox 360 controller and had a great time.
Pros:
- Single character progression across all modes
- Objective wheel makes sure you're contributing to the cause
Cons:
- Campaign is a worthless addition
- Lackluster weapons and maps
- Terrible bot AI

Brink review (X360)
The problem with Brink is that it's not very Call of Duty . Unlike nearly everyone else making multiplayer shooters, developer Splash Damage isn't making a game for Call of Duty players, who already have a game anyway.

Brink (Xbox360)
Around the same time that Bethesda Softworks officially announced its new romance with Splash Damage the couple promptly revealed that they were already working on a new baby. Anxious fans received much in the way of screenshots, concept art, developer diaries, in-game demo's and a long list of...

"Review: Brink"
Brink (Multiplatform) Tested and reviewed based on the Xbox360 version. Review by Ben Nacca (Follow me on Twitter: http://twitter.com/BenNacca ) XBL GT: Darkeyes2k7 PSN ID: Darkeyes2k11 The first thing that made Brink made me think of was Team Fortress 2 on the PC.
Pros:
- Fast paced innovative multiplayer | Great art style | Customization options
Cons:
- Awful if offline | Needs lobbies | Becomes repetitive

In Theory...
In theory, this should be a great game; brilliant innovations with regards to objectives, customisation, and movement - but somehow the game seems very "thrown together". The single-player campaign is short, and very sporadic, there isn't really a "story" to it, at least not a very good one.

Not good...
Not a good game... Each mission is 30mins and you can never lose which makes it boring.. You just shoot people and if you die you get to join the reinforcements or you can wait for a medic to revive you... From my experience it is not such a good game..
