Excellent Quality and Sound
I bought these for my husband this Christmas and he is incredibly pleased with the sound quality. They are really adjutable and he says they are a brilliant fit. The advertising suggests that it is like having a personal concert - it has certainly provided that for him.

Bowers & Wilkins C5 in-ear headset review
Were we impressed by Bowers & Wilkins second headphone offering? For $180 dollars, the C5s are no doubt a posh, well built, and comfortable set of iDevice-compatible intra-aurals with mostly great sound to boot.
Pros:
- Beautiful aluminum design
- Secure Loop cabling provides a great fit
- Big sound with chunky mids and thick bass
Cons:
- Slightly harsh highs
- Moderate cable noise
- Earbuds scratch easily

Bowers & Wilkins C5: best in-ear phones for gym ever?
This is the one article you can safely ignore Betteridge's Law of Headlines . The answer in this case is, yes. Or mostly yes. But first I have to come clean.

Amazing headphones, but the price?
I hear sounds in music that I had no idea were there. However, I have to say the price on here is way overpriced! Double what competitors are selling for? Unbelievable.

Bass a bit muddy
Overall pretty good sound. Frequency response is pretty flat except for the bass, which is a bit boomy and muddy for my taste. I like different genres of music, including rock, jazz, classical, and sometimes even metal. After breaking them in for 3 months, the bass hasn't changed much.

B&W's C5 In-Ear Phones
The iPod is often a bright spot for those that commute via mass transit. When the London Tube was part of my daily regimen, it seemed everyone wore headphones. However, bulky, noise-canceling ‘phones feel like winter earmuffs in the summer; too hot and sweaty for my taste.

Bowers & Wilkins C5 In-Ear Headphones
This is a review of the original B&W C5. Not the recently released C5 S2. Design/durability : The C5 feature a really unique design because of the secure loop. The finish of the earphones is very nice (metal construction), and the cable *looks* sturdy.
Pros:
- Powerful and fun sound
- good details and soundstage
- looks and feels nice
Cons:
- Terrible build quality
- overcooked bass
- average comfort

B&W C5 In-Ear Headphones Review
Venerable high-end speaker maker Bowers and Wilkins, affectionately known as B&W, entered into the consumer marketplace years ago with several stand-alone speaker systems designed to support Apple's iOS devices and AirPlay technology.
Pros:
- Solid build quality
- Great audiophile sound
- Good rejection of audio transfer when cord is rubbed
- Ear loop works great to keep monitors in-ear
- Excellent passive noise canceling without isolating you completely from the outside world
Cons:
- Microphone is so-so
- Frustratingly useless carrying case
