Workout earbuds

Only having owned these buds for a week first Impression is build quality is what you would expect from Bose, don't let the size of them put you off as when I first took them out of the charging case I was a bit blown back once you have tried and fitted the bud inserts to fit your size ear they seal...

Excellent ear buds!

Great sound - highs, lows and mids Comfortable for extended periods, don't fall out during work out/walking Great battery life The only niggle are the tiny buttons (I have large hands) - they are fiddly, but usable Small delay on sound which can be an issue when watching videos, I don't watch many...

Bose's SoundSport Free wireless earbuds sound better than AirPods, but the design, poorer battery life, and higher price translate into a poor AirPods substitute.

Have volume buttons on right earbud • Great sound quality with good bass • Water-repellent • Fit very snugly in ears

Audio lag makes them unusable for video • Large size • Bulky charging case • Charging case uses Micro USB • Only last up to 5 hours on one charge • Quick charging is slower than competitors

Blame Apple. As ever so often. Towards the end of 2016, Bluetooth earbuds existed but were generally bonded to each other by a wire or some other material. Wireless connectivity referred to the absence of wires between a device and earphones.

Great sound – best in its class; Decent battery life; Great fit in ears

Hard buttons on the earbuds; Occasional disconnects and lags; Expensive

Beautiful sound, poor bluetooth connectivity

This product has beautiful sound quality in line with what you would expect from Bose, but the left earbud kept dropping out and eventually wouldn't connect without constant resets. Unfortunately, I had to take this product back as a result. What a dissappointment!

Great earbuds. Worth every penny.

I've had a love/hate relationship with Bose. Mostly love and all of the hate in their pricing. But all the Bose products I've owned have been worth the money. These earbuds are no different. I didn't want to part with $200 for these but I knew they'd fit better than AirPods, so I bought them.

Great sound and quality

I won a pair of these in a running website competition and I'm very impressed with them. Sound is great. I don't actually run with headphones/music now, prefer the sounds around me and my breathing, but I do use them elsewhere. Not experienced any of the dropping out that others mention.

Bose SoundSport Free True Wireless Earbuds review

True wireless headphones have come a long way in terms of build quality, reliability, and battery life – especially considering this category was all but nonexistent two to three years ago.

Excellent; balanced sound; Built for abuse; Good battery life

Not good for noisy environments; Awkward fit; Comparatively expensive

There is a lot of technology built into the SoundSport Free in-ear headphones to not only make them sound great but also comfortable to wear as well. Design-wise, the earphones look similar to the other Bose Bluetooth earphones but minus the cable.

Bose make some great speakers that's for sure and we have been lucky enough to test quite a few of theme here at Ausdroid in the past few years. Now Bose have decided to try their hand with a pair of truly wireless earbuds, the SoundSport Free.
