Read all earlier reviews and was impressed that all the low star ratings had a response from Bose so went ahead with purchase. Thought Bose would have sorted the problem of the buds not talking to each other, they haven't, went through all the advice and still no joy, phoned Bose direct and they did...

This product has beautiful sound quality in line with what you would expect from Bose, but the left earbud kept dropping out and eventually wouldn't connect without constant resets. Unfortunately, I had to take this product back as a result. What a dissappointment!

Among the wireless sports earphones I've tested over the years, the Bose SoundSport Free that I tried out recently have to be among the best-sounding pairs out there today.

Very good. I was not sure before i bought, but once i got them is was impressed. battery life is as stated. after the first couple of days i did not even notice them in when i used them. they st in very well, better than my in ear cabled ones. also easy to use for voice commands etc.

Bought the product and less than a month it's already broken, bose did not answer in 48h as the website says, the case isnt charging
