"Lighten up with the Blackberry Torch 9800"
I absolutely love this phone. The blackberry torch is probably the best blackberry out there. Not only does it have the easy to use qwerty keyboard, but it also has a great touchscreen too! it slides up, unlike other blackberrys and comes in black, white and red.
Pros:

- touch screen
- qwerty keyboard
Cons:
- battery life

Not what I expected
I've had this phone since Oct 2010. I was gullible enough to sign up for this phone back in Optus and am now suffering with a pricey $79 per month plan. I have to say the build quality is not up to my expectations.

Good Phone
Good phone. Connects good to my email accounts and syncs fine with computers. Works great with documents to go. Worked good with Treadit pedeometer apt for a while but now can't get it to register. Desk top software is incredibly slow.
Pros:
- A lot of great features including keyboard

- Online support is bad

Blackberry Torch 9860 – great hardware tarnished by an outdated OS and severe lack of apps
If your company is giving this to you for free, consider yourself lucky, but if you have the choice, a few weeks with the new Blackberry OS will definitely make you switch back to an iPhone or Android smartphone.

Blackberry Torch review
Great phone! fantastic for business, very fast (as long as you dont overload it memory). Battery Life is good if not used constantly. Great Business phone with brilliant features such as the Camera.

BlackBerry Torch 9800 in-depth review -
RIM has one of the most loyal fan bases of all the major manufacturers. With most BlackBerry users you'll have more chance of getting them to pull out their own teeth than swapping to something different.
Pros:
- The five-megapixel camera is the best snapper to appear on a blackberry device
- with the flash in particular impressing
Cons:
- The BlackBerry Torch is a heavy device and we weren?t enamoured with the overall design

BlackBerry, once the reigning champion of smartphones has slowly lost its grasp as powerful contenders to the title such as the Apple iPhone, Motorola Droid, Samsung Vibrant and many other Android based phones have risen to power.

A good interactive touchscreen phone. I upgraded from the Blackberry Bold to the Torch. Love the touch screen and improved camera, but personally prefer the Bold format, and not so keen on the slide format of the Torch.

Not That Good
I have been a BB user since last one and half year now, started with Curve and now I bought Torch a fortnight back. I have following points to share: Other than style, At 28500 its not worth its cost.
