LOVE THE PHONE BUT IT NEEDS A BLACKBERRY TOUCH SCREEN TO BE ITS BEST!
Pros:
- I like the blackberry bold 9780 because the speed is great and the keyboard is amazing
Cons:
- the touch screen is needed to make the most of the new operating system

Is this all RIM can manage to improve in a year? That's OK for now but doesn't bode well in the future.

- Amazing keyboard
- tolerable browser

- No touchscreen
- no design changes

Overall the BlackBerry Bold 9780 is a fantastic smartphone. If email, instant messaging, and social networking are your top priority then the 9780 will serve you well. As far as I am concerned there is no better device to do these things.

Although we enjoyed using the Blackberry Bold 9780, we can't quite look past the fact that it is almost identical to its sibling, the 9700 . That said, we would recommend this handset over its predecessor, as it offers a much better camera, double the memory and a slick new interface that definitely...
