Ive Read About It , I WANT IT ! Seriously This Is Better Than The iPhone , Way Better Ive Used Both The Blackberry And iPhone Keyboards Better , Way Better. The BBM Is Useful To Me Also As Nearly ALL My Mates Have The BB. Thats All I Have To Say.

"Essential fun"
This is a great device packed to the brim with a shed load of features. It hasn't really moved on from the design of its predecessor, the Bold 9700 and looks virtually identical except for the black model which now sports a somewhat 'stealth' appearance!

The BlackBerry Bold is a multimedia cell phone with several business features and several entertainment applications. You'll also find a 5MP camera and a media player on this device. The BlackBerry Bold 9780 doesn't have a touchscreen; instead, it has a QWERTY keyboard.

Not as advertised...mislead information
bit dissapointed
Pros:
- nice handheld
- brand new as expected.working nice
Cons:
- 2 accessories were not shipped: white carrying bag + headphone
- other accessories: charger and cable are not white
- I am asking the right color and the missing ones....still don't get the answer from seller

Great business phone.
Blackberry Bold 9780 is a great phone when youre running a business. Easy phone to use without spending too much time searching for features. The keys and screen should be slightly larger like the old 9000 Bold phone.

Bold(er)
The recently announced BlackBerry Bold 9780 may not generate the buzz of other handsets considering it's quite similar to the 9700, but for BlackBerry addicts in love with the portrait QWERTY form factor, the changes should still be welcomed.

great phone. bbm is amazing. the keyboard is great and i can type very fast on it. great for social networking such as twitter and facebook too.

Bad battery backup
Have been using Bold 5 for a month now, all is well If u want to use only for 4 hours a day or a a landline phone which has to be plugged for charging all the time unlike my old curve which used to give me a full 24 hours back up at least, not, for sure Bold 5 is not meant for the business users as...

As flawed as all it's predecessors
I have to confess I was anticipating a huge leap in performance compared to my Curve 8520 but this is just as flawed. Fine for calls, emails & SMS but the browsing experience is TERRIBLE! An iphone on 3G is faster than this on Wifi!. Don't be fooled by the claims of 'tabbed" browsing etc.
