LOVE THE PHONE BUT IT NEEDS A BLACKBERRY TOUCH SCREEN TO BE ITS BEST!
Pros:
- I like the blackberry bold 9780 because the speed is great and the keyboard is amazing
Cons:
- the touch screen is needed to make the most of the new operating system

Internally, there is a new CPU, however it's running at the same 624MHz that the older Bold 9700 was running at. RIM has upgraded the amount of internal flash memory from 256MB to 512MB.

- As with all of RIM?s devices
- the emailing credentials are top notch with push email and multiple account setup
Cons:
- While an improvement on previous operating systems
- BlackBerry OS 6.0 just didn?t fit as well on a non-touch-screen device

A complete waste of money. Feel only paid for a 'name'. My little cheap phone did nearly as much, & I could send photos free, not have to pay £5 a month for the pleasure! There was no mention on the Box that this was an obligatory tariff payment! Be sure this is my last Blackberry purchase!

Not as advertised...mislead information
bit dissapointed
Pros:
- nice handheld
- brand new as expected.working nice
Cons:
- 2 accessories were not shipped: white carrying bag + headphone
- other accessories: charger and cable are not white
- I am asking the right color and the missing ones....still don't get the answer from seller

I would buy another one of this phone if my current one broke, It is easy to use, good looking.
WHY did i buy this phone...? I had this phone as an upgrade from my Nokia N97 which caused me no end of hassle. I was a bit skeptical about having a blackberry as there was a lot of hype about them when i was taking it out.

Bad battery backup
Have been using Bold 5 for a month now, all is well If u want to use only for 4 hours a day or a a landline phone which has to be plugged for charging all the time unlike my old curve which used to give me a full 24 hours back up at least, not, for sure Bold 5 is not meant for the business users as...
