If you liked Birds of prey you'll love birds of steel.

A must have for any flight lovers out there. Only criticism is the occasional slow action and short levels. But this is still in keeping with real world missions of ww2. Great game.

As with many flying games, Birds of Steel isn't quite photo-realistic. But when you get caught up in a dog fight the last thing you'll be worried about is the slightly odd look or dimensions of the trees or buildings, unless of course you're daringly attempting to lose pursuers by flying amongst...

Great Game teaches you some history of ww 2 as well as having fun!! i would recommend it for any age.

Its a good game and since I played IL-2 Sturmovik Birds Of Prey, i knew the basic controls from the go because of Gaijin entertainments involvement in both games. I love that it is a later version of world war 2 and the events surrounding it.

This console generation has seen a good number of flight combat games. From the antiquated stuff of Red Baron to the slightly futuristic fare of Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 , a good deal of them are arcade flight games, where technical details give way to white-knuckle aerial action.

I lauded it as a great simulator, let down by console controllers. Now I am introduced to Birds of Steel, a new flight simulator with two of the greatest things in gaming: World War II and fighter planes!

This is a serious flying game. After 8 hours I'm barely at the stage where I can take off and land without crashing. For the flight enthusiast who likes all the details of flight...

Solid and definitely has an audience. There could be some hard-to-ignore faults, but the experience is fun.

Birds of Steel was built for people interested in the history of aviation during World War II. That isn't to say that more casual flight enthusiasts won't have fun; my expertise stops at knowing planes need two wings to function correctly, and I was entertained.
