Sound is a little on the bass heavy side, but I suppose it's a matter of taste whether you like that. In contrast to the text in the article the remote does not work on Android an Apple devices alike. The remote is designed for Android.

While the Byron BTA might be the king of wireless earphones, the Byron BT is a great deal for those not willing or able to put in the extra cash. While having major cosmetic differences, the sonic differences between the earphones are more minor.
The Beyerdynamic Byron BT are some of the most welcoming headphones from Beyerdynamic to date. They're wireless earphones that can be bought online for about £85-90, making them far more affordable than the alternatives from Apple and Sennheiser.
Minimal; practical design; Energetic; clean sound; Decent battery life considering design
Tiring treble
Had the headphones just over a week, burned them in which helped, great sound for what they are, very smooth, comfortably to wear in the ear, wires do give noise feedback if knocked but as I mostly listen sitting is not a problem. Overall a super product and lives up to expectations
The Beyerdynamic Byron is a no-frills, no-nonsense in-ear headphone that tries to draw on Beyerdynamic's rich legacy in making high-end audio and make it more accessible to the masses.
Adequately bass heavy (anything more would spoil it; Fairly detailed; Light weight and comfortable
Mellower presentation than what you'd expect; No carry case; Passive isolation isn't great
