It does your back a good job. My back felt re-aligned after 15 minutes.

I bought it as a gift for my parents - they loved it as it was easy to use and comfortable.

Got this as a Christmas gift. It was easy to set up and felt great on my back. Can be a bit of a solid rub at times so a blanket between it and my back helps soften it but if you want the deeper massage its great. Waiting until winter to try it with the heat.

Really pleased with this. Fits well on dining chair and use it while I work. Nice firm massage. The shorter you are the higher up the motion can reach - not sure how well it works for tall people.

Functional , easily to use

It has what feels like a solid metal plate at the back with two little elastic corners to (assumedly) go over your chair of choice, doubling as a hanger. Now I'm all for a hard massage, but this is very hard - so maybe put a jumper between you and rollers if needed - and I put it on my sofa-recliner (bear in mind I'm still reading the instructions, so that may not actually be ok to do). I am very surprised at the punch it packs, I honestly thought it would be quite weak, being so small, so I was stoked with the result.
