It is wonderful that it puts heat on both my neck and back st the same time. It helps imensely with the pain I have in both areas. I recommend this for any body. It has no negatives.

Beurers other products for heat pads are better than this one. The neck component is cumbersome and doesnt heat up at all. Took it back and purchased the mat that has a Velcro strap to attach around your waist. Much better use of my funds.

V we really comfortable. Great source of heat to the affected neck back areas. My only semi issue is the clips to hold it in place actually too easily. Very satisfied with the unit. Highly recommend
