Skyrim has been around for a while now and it's also been a while since I finished testing the epic open-world fantasy. But that's mainly because as the last few words spelt out this game is truly epic!

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a rather difficult game to review. It is one of the most immersive titles of any generation, but is also rife with technical issues that would earn most games a critical panning.
Oblivion , for all its faults, was at the time a masterpiece in how to make a game. Skyrim aims to go one better, and fans of the Elder Scrolls series have no need to worry as this is not only a contender for game of the year but possibly the best game to ever grace this generation of consoles.
Format: Xbox 360 (Tested) | PlayStation 3 | PC Developer: Bethesda Game Studios Publisher: Bethesda Softworks Release Date: 11th November 2011 (Out Now)
Over recent years it cannot be denied that single player campaigns have, on average, gotten shorter. With developers pushing towards tighter and tighter deadlines in a highly competitive industry, it seems only sensible to concentrate on designing a short-lived yet flawless experience.
i bought this for my 34 year old husband, it's fantastic!! once he puts it on i don't hear a peep outta him for several hours (you know what that means ladies .... peace at last!!!) every wife should buy her husband this game, i can actually feel the greys stop growing!
Great Value; Good Instructions; Graphics; Quality Construction; Cutting Edge,
Pros: Excellent Graphics. Open world is huge and everything is so detailed. A much better gameplay experience than Oblivion. Beautiful soundtrack. Cons: Load times (ex. walking in and out of a house takes too long) Still no online play. Amount of quests can be overwhelming.
This is simply, one of the best games ever made, Fallout 3 was good, New Vegas to me was just an upgrade, this however blows everything out the water. It is simply staggering in its size, 70+ hours and i have no intention of even thinking about sending it back.
When it comes to Role Playing Games (RPG), Bethesda Softworks delivers time and time again. The Fallout series remains a heavy hitter for the publisher and the Elder Scrolls series of games has a loyal and passionate following. So it comes as no surprise that fans lined up in droves for midnight...
My Grandson recommended the game and I am really enjoying it. Like the graphics ,action and the way game progress. Great fun and challenging.
