We still believe HDR is an evolving process on the PC side. The standard is set, but technology is still working to catch up. After five HDR monitor reviews, it looks as though progress is being made.

I was a little nervous about this VA panel, since I was used to IPS, but I didn't need to worry. I found that the colors were quite good out of the box even without calibration, and that viewing angles were wide enough that I could forget about them during use.

This moniter is a great investment and I use it for my PS4. The picture quality is great and the speakers are very clear. The only drawback was that it arrived with a European plug and I had to buy a travel plug to use it.

I don't understand the point of a monitor that has a USB-C port but only uses it for display output. Over the past couple years, 4K UHD has been gaining popularity, especially on the media consumption side. HDR has also been gaining traction with many 4K TVs and gaming consoles supporting the format.

The EW3270U is an outstanding, great value choice for a huge 4K monitor. The only question is: is your desk large enough

The EW3270U offers a very basic design with a matte plastic finish and wide shallow stand. The stand protrudes about 3 inches in front of the screen and takes up 15 inches of space horizontally.
