Verdict: I use it for a few months connected to a multi-effect / guitar amp simulator. It is a small headphones that help me when I want to play without waking everyone in the evening The quality is not excellent, but not too bad for the price.

Headphones lasted longer than cheaper ones but where do I find some to last at least one year

5.0
Verdict: Worked extremely well for 5 months then went through a period of loss of sound on one side or the other, has now given up the ghost fully after a total of only seven and a half months. Is this usual, my daughter had an earlier pair of these for about three years.

Better than nothing.

5.0
Verdict: Good one. Highly recommended if you are in low budget and need an all round headphone for studio listening, recording monitoring and multimedia playback etc. Although sound is not very flat because of little coloured bassy lows.

Great Value but Annoying ear pieces

3.0
Verdict: These babies sound great for the price. I bought a bunch for my music classes to use with keyboards. The big problem, and I won't buy again because of it, is that the black ear pieces fall off often and are difficult to put back on.

Behringer HPM1000 Multi-Purpose Headphones

3.0
Pros: - Super cheap, one sided cable, screw on 1/4" adapter
Cons: - Excessive bass, poor imaging, "loose" sounding
Verdict: I've borrowed these as my standard headphones are out of commission for the moment and I couldn't stand my computer speakers any more. They're a decent value, but at $11 they better be. It's quite difficult to get a full seal on my head, the shape doesn't really fit my head.

Excellent quality for the price

4.0
Pros: cheap, good quality, extremely durable, comfy
Cons: External sound creeps in
Verdict: "I bought the Behringer HPM 1000 headphones about 3years ago along my guitar amp. I have to say they are one of the best pair of headphones I have ever bought. I use them every day and wouldn't consider buying a different pair of headphones.

"Please, consider something else... trust me."

1.0
Verdict: It makes sound, but it is so untrue to life it is sad. The bass is loud and middy, the highs sound like a poorly boosted EQ, harsh and crisp. They do not aid in accurate reference at all.

[$] Headphones!

4.0
Pros: Good Value, Lightweight
Verdict: full size over the ear headphones for[$]; they work...despite what some have said in reviews on other sites, they come with both mini and phone size plugs (gold plated). Uncomfortable at first but they fit around (not on) my enormous ears, they are lightweight and seem pretty sturdy. The sound leaves...

Behringer HPM1000 Headphones

4.0
Verdict: I bought 2 sets of these headphones for my portable DVD player when travelling on a plane. They block out the external noises so that you can hear the DVD sound. My only gripe is the 1/4 inch plug that comes with the headphones, requiring the purchase of an adaptor from Radioshack to fit the...
