I get that Beats has a kudos that a company such as JBL is lacking, and that the styling of the AirPods makes them a no-go for many a prospective purchaser. And if you choose the BeatsX headphones for those reasons, you at least won’t find them unpleasant in any way. But if sound quality matters, you can do just as well for far less money by going for the JBL Everest 100s. On the other hand, if it’s techy awesomeness you’re after, the AirPods have got a heck of a lot more of that. In short, the BeatsX headphones are fine, but you can do better than fine. And if you’re determined to get some headphones with Beats emblazoned upon them, the Solo3 cans and Powerbeats3 sporty buds are both far easier to recommend. Stay Away from BeatsX
The sound quality is OK, not great. The "just works" pairing with iOS devices is not really true. You have to hold down the power button for 5 seconds to initiate pairing each and every time, not really any better than any other Bluetooth device.

Beatsx are a 10
I have been using various wireless earbuds that were very good and not too expensive. These are by far the best I have heard and are as good as those costing a lot more (but were too expensive for my budget). As a bonus, the earbuds fit snugly in my ears and are very comfortable.

Beats X are the best headphones out there
The Beats X bluetooth earphones that I purchased 3 months ago have held up and kept their superb sound quality since the day that I got them. The most obvious feature is the bluetooth, which is the main reason that I purchased them. Having wireless earphones is a big deal in today's technology.

very disappointed. Working perfectly
Had these for 10 months and have already broken, very disappointed. Working perfectly, had never experienced a problem with them then after a day I went to use them again and no lights will turn on.

Beats by Dr. Dre BeatsX
The pair I received were defective. Would not turn on or pair. When being charged, a white and red light would blink 3 times then stay lit with a white light. Once unplugged, pair would not turn on.
