Longer battery life
Not beats fault - I like the product. Bought these for longer battery life. Apple bought beats, then forced everyone with iPhone 7 to use Bluetooth headphones. Not a coincidence- For iPhone 7 work well for telephone purposes
- Great sound for music
- You need them for iPhone 7

Beats X review: The perfect earbuds for young cyborgs with cash to burn
There's something remarkable about the new Beats X earphones. It's not so much their sound quality - which is pretty good - nor is it the rubbery build, their wirelessness or the ease with which they rest in your ears.
Mashable Choice highlights the best of everything we cover, have experienced first-hand and would recommend to others. There's something remarkable about the new Beats X earphones.
BeatsX review
I get that Beats has a kudos that a company such as JBL is lacking, and that the styling of the AirPods makes them a no-go for many a prospective purchaser. And if you choose the BeatsX headphones for those reasons, you at least won’t find them unpleasant in any way. But if sound quality matters, you can do just as well for far less money by going for the JBL Everest 100s. On the other hand, if it’s techy awesomeness you’re after, the AirPods have got a heck of a lot more of that. In short, the BeatsX headphones are fine, but you can do better than fine. And if you’re determined to get some headphones with Beats emblazoned upon them, the Solo3 cans and Powerbeats3 sporty buds are both far easier to recommend. Buy the BeatsX headphones here from Currys PC World- The W1 chip makes the wireless connection a breeze
- Great battery life and range
- Stylish and comfortable
- Buttons beat Siri for controlling your tunes
- Audio quality doesn’t justify the price
- Pick up dirt easily
- No automatic pause when you remove a bud

BeatsX Wireless Earphones review
It's the combination of the W1 chip, smart construction and good sound that makes the Beats X an easy recommendation at $129. That may be a tall order for some looking for a simple pair of earphones.- W1 chip = simple pairing and super long range
- Decent sound
- Long battery life
- Lightning cable charging
- Relatively expensive, Not the best sound you could get for the price vs
- wired earphones
Beats X Wireless Earphones
These are good headphones. I use them with my iphone 6s Plus, and they work pretty well, but not perfectly. I'm 6'3", 280 lbs (male) and the cord is just long enough. Other reviews stated that the cord was too long, but I find it almost too short to sit in place over my neck.
Beats headphones have always divided opinion, and in this sense BeatsX are the most "Beats-like" yet
