Fantastic game that shows you how war used to be. A nice change from modern war games.

Great campaign over a number of different very realistic world war one battles, from Gallipoli, the skies over London, France, the Alps, etc.. The multiplayer games are varied from the familiar large scale conquest and smaller scale team deathmatch, to newer modes such as the very large scale war...

Have only played a few campaign games but am loving the realism of this game, how it's not all about being a hero. I especially enjoy the way it played with you emotions as War is not only in a video game, many people died in WW1 for their countries.

This is the best Battlefield I have played in terms of graphics and immersive story line. The online multiplayer is good with huge maps and great game play. This is definitely more fun than the modern call of dutys.

Best game for multiplayer gameplay

Battlefield 1 is my first ever go at multiplayer, and this is far different from what CoD is. More tactical and based on your skill. If you are making the transition from Activision's annual money grab, this will be a fresh challenge.

Hype is a trend in this day and age that seems impossible to derail, some games live up to the pre-determined hype, while most fall flat on their faces in which the best they can hope to gain from that hype derail, is to be the butt of all jokes on endless internet memes.

War Stories feels just a little short-lived

I have no regrets getting this title. It has all the action you can handle with plenty of game modes and fantastic graphics and sound. I personally recommend playing in Hard Core mode which adds an added layer of realism to the whole experience.
