Batman: Arkham Asylum (PS3) - Review
In the classic debate of Superman versus Batman I have always found myself on the side of the Dark Knight. Sure, Superman could easily beat him to a pulp when you think about it realistically, but what's fun about a super hero who is invincible except for a single weakness?

Batman: Arkham Asylum Review
Gotham City's justice system is remarkably empathetic. There are few justice systems that would house mass-murdering criminals such as the Joker and believe that instead of incarceration in Blackgate prison, they should be treated in Arkham Asylum.
Pros:
- Great plot
- Batman done right
- finally
- Fantastic character design
- Gorgeous graphics
- Combat trained by Henri Ducard

Batman: Arkham Asylum
Batman: Arkham Asylum is of a rare breed that surfaces every few years. While you don' expect too much from the game, you come to find that it's far beyond anything you could have imagined. Rocksteady Studios should pat themselves on their backs a for a job well done.

Batman: Arkham Asylum Review
Ladies and gentleman, welcome to the greatest superhero game of all time. Actually, welcome to one of the greatest action games of all time. Eidos and Rocksteady Studios, for all their countless media divulgences in the build up to this game's release, simply could not convey the experience players...

Batman: Arkham Asylum
While other superheroes merely catch the crooks and then parade around with smug smirks, Batman goes out of his way to get inside the criminal mind and twist it into submission; that alone makes him one of my favorite comic book characters.

Batman Arkham Asylum first impressions
Based on previous experience, games based on comics are generally pretty poor. Many are tie-ins from big budget films, meaning constraints such as a tie in storyline and release dates means developers are forced to rush out any old tripe under the official license.

Batman: Arkham Asylum
Not only a brilliantly authentic presentation of its subject matter but a tremendous game in its own right, Batman: Arkham Asylum is a big, clever and finely crafted experience which propels Rocksteady immediately into the realm of triple-A developers. This year's BioShock. That's what it is.
Pros:
- The superbly
- nightmarishly realized Arkham
- The brutally satisfying stealth and combat
- How right the whole thing feels
Cons:
- A couple of unnecessary
- overly traditional boss fights
- Maybe missing a couple of your favorite villains
- Finally finishing it
