I'm 100 percent with pre-comet
I had hoped the H4s were the ones. Most headphones are boring and ugly, but maybe, I thought, the H4s' orange color could change my headphone game. I'm in desperate need of a new pair that work well and are stylish, so I tested the H4s for nearly two weeks and can confirm they're showstoppers.
Adventurous; bright color; Good battery life; Bluetooth works well; Comfortable even when wearing glasses
Plastic exterior feels cheap and color starts wearing off quickly; Muddy sound; A collapsible design or a case would make them friendlier to commuters; Poor call quality when used as a headset
Always wanted a pair of wireless B&Os but couldn't afford the premium price The new Beoplay H4 Wireless Headphones (S$399) are more affordable yet retaining much of the premium build of its more costly siblings (shoutout to the H7 and H9).
B&O Play by Bang & Olufsen has a new entry-level model in its expanding line of premium Bluetooth wireless headphones. At $300 (£249, $AU 399), I wouldn't call the Beoplay H4 a bargain, but it did surprise me with how good it sounded.
The B&O Play by Bang and Olufsen H4 is a very comfortable; excellent-sounding Bluetooth headphone with decent battery life
It doesn't come with a carry case and has a small annoying quirk with the power button as well as an expensive price for a headphone with no active noise-cancellation
The B&O Beoplay H4 is the best headphones I have ever owned and let me tell you I have owned a lot of headphones in the past. I get the feeling that these are going to last me a very long time. I like the minimalist design and the use of genuine materials.
Beautiful quality headphones. Will show wear and tear over time so if you a rough on your headphone maybe not the set for you. These head phones do not fold up or come with a carry bag so if you are planning on traveling with them a lot it is something to consider.
Bang & Olufsen is at it again. Just recently we reviewed the high-quality and much-loved B&O Beoplay H9 wireless headphones , and now we're taking a look at some slightly more affordable cans: the new $299 B&O Beoplay H4's. Even at $299, however, these are still some pricey headphones.
Purists seeking flat response will generally love the higher frequency signature of the Beoplay H4, but perhaps wish that the deepest bass frequencies were dialed back slightly. Those who value crisp detail in the highs but also appreciate the subtle thunder a well-tuned subwoofer can add to it,...
Excellent audio performance with bright, detailed highs and deep, rich bass; Exceptionally comfortable over-ear fit; Handsome design with luxurious materials
Light on accessories
It looks great and sounds beautiful. The Beoplay H4 from B&O is an upscale option for consumers looking for strong sound capabilities and good looks to match.
