Easy to set up and use. The buttons make a satisfying and solid click when switching between inputs. We've been using it for a month or so with no issues. Registration with Aten took maybe 10 minutes to set up, and now helps as a record of the warranty, model etc. I did find the VGA ports at the back a little tricky to access (I installed it directly to the rack), so next time I'd consider installing it in a sliding tray, but I was surprised by how light and small the switch is. I think I got a very good deal with this, I suspect because it has VGA inputs only. I've been using DisplayPort to VGA adapters and they seem to be fine.
