A 4K version is available

Expensive but worth it. But if I knew that a 4K version was coming I would've waited xD. Personally for those who are Interested in this monitor I would recommend sticking with a 1080p G-Sync monitor or pick the 4K version.

I guess I got one of the good ones.

Like the title says, I guess I got one of the good ones. I read all of those bad reviews and still ended up purchasing this. I'm about 7 months in with absolutely no issues at all. Fingers crossed I don't run into problems.

-Great colors and viewing angles for a TN panel; -Anti-Glare is not noticeable once you get used to the monitor in my opinion; -Super easy to use menus; -Comes up from sleep extremely quickly; -Image looks amazingly sharp, as well as the design

-Some back light bleed when the screen is 100% black, but otherwise not noticeable; It's to be expected with a monitor of this size; Not quite worth putting as a con; I only saw it because I was looking for it

Great Monitor poor customer service from Asus!

Love the monitor, very happy with it until the PSU developed a fault after 8 months of use - Known issue with the 2015 build. Asus promised to replace the PSU, filled out all the RMA forms, nothing. 2 weeks later contact Asus get some line about the RMA not being linked with my request.

"Revolutionary monitor totally worth the money!"

If you're playing video games on a high level, this is the sort of monitor you dream about! I had a 27 inch monitor 1080p, it works fine with 24 inch or less, but if you're going big, like with 27 inch, go with something more than 1080p, or else you can see the pixels, which you definently dont...

144Hz; 1440p; looks amazing and everything feels wonderful

It's expensive and you'll need a good screen card to get the max out of it

Asus ROG Swift PG278Q

In order to stay competitive, most gaming enthusiasts will outfit their PC's with powerful graphics cards capable of insane frame rates. Cruising along at 60 frames per second (fps) is all well and good, but if your monitor can't keep pace with your GPU, you may end up with motion artifacts that...

Sharp WQHD image; Excellent gaming performance; Fully adjustable stand; Cool gamer-centric features

Only one video input; So-so viewing-angle performance; Skewed greens

Review: ASUS ROG Swift PG278Q

G-SYNC is Nvidia's new proprietary technology, built into select new gaming screens. It forces the display to be a slave to the graphics card, only updating the screen when the graphics card has a new frame ready for it.

ASUS RoG SWIFT PG278Q 27-inch G-SYNC Monitor Review

ASUS is offering gamers a lot with its RoG SWIFT PG278Q. Not only does this 27-inch monitor boast a 1440p resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, NVIDIA's G-SYNC technology is included to help give you the smoothest gaming experience possible. Is that something that matters? You bet.

27-inches, 144Hz, and 2560×1440; There's a lot to love about this package, G-SYNC is a fantastic technology; You won't want to live without it after using it for a while, Turbo button for on-the-fly refresh rate testing, or necessity, is a nice touch, The display has great aesthetics, GamePlus'...

Only a single video connector: DisplayPort; No built-in speakers; if that matters to you; Carries a price premium; and is ridiculously hard to find in stock
