Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington – Episode 2: The Betrayal (Xbox360)

And so starts the next episode of The Tyranny of King Washington downloadable content for Assassin's Creed III. Titled The Betrayal, this new installment takes you out of the bitter cold wilderness and into the streets of Boston, where you will be met with familiar faces (but not familiar morals),...

Assassin's Creed 3 DLC episode two review

Despite reintroducing familiar characters and locations in intriguing new ways, the DLC felt overly familiar and was let down by repetitive missions and underwhelming new powers.

Assassin's Creed III Review (360)

The American Revolution awaits! Having come off a terrific trio of games starring a compelling protagonist, and now with a brand new setting and hero, Assassin's Creed III had a lot expected of it. Could Connor's venture through the American Revolution live up to the hype?

Gorgeous world to explore; well designed animations; naval battles add a new element to the franchise

Odd pacing; shocking amount of

Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington - The Redemption Review

Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington - The Redemption is more entertaining and action-packed than the sluggish second episode, The Betrayal. The story moves at a rapid pace, the missions are full of variety, and evil George Washington is given the face time his villainous character...

Large variety of missions; Bear power is a blast to use; Washington is back and meaner than ever

Disappointing ending; Overabundance of enemies makes exploration difficult

Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington -- The Redemption

Embedded deep in the depths of The Redemption , the third and last installment of Ratonhnhaké:ton's journey to depose a power-mad George Washington, are the seeds of an Assassin's Creed experience that surprises and delights: naval battles that pile on enemy ships, thought-provoking conversation...

+ Naval battles provide some real meat; even if your efforts ultimately don't count for anything; + Bear Might power is mindless fun

- Full of (admittedly easy) busywork; plot is as cliché and hole-ridden as ever; still a few bugs, ? How did Ratonhnhaké:ton's mom break into Washington's throne room without spirit powers

Good story for assassin's creed, great score but gameplay is a little dull & more on the easy side.

"You want to play assassins creed 3, just maybe not new."

I recently picked up Assassin's Creed 3 and upon completion I have decided that my opinion is...meh. The open world feels free and the environment itself is simply beautiful, however upon a closer look and an in depth playthrough I discovered the shear mass of holes.

Interesting story; beautiful enviornments; entertaining ship scenes

Glitches; poor interaction with environment; less than enthralling side quests

Assassin's Creed 3 Rocks!

Though I'm late to the party, Assassins's Creed 3 is amazing. Plus, AC3 multi-player video game mode is soooo good! Just ordered this during the Anniversary sale for $15 and got it next day with free shipping. Walmart surprises me everyday. A must for any Assassin's Creed gaming fan.
