My son has been having fun with this game. He likes how you can climb up onto the buildings and play online with his friends. It seems pretty challenging too. It is somewhat violent, and that's what you'd expect with a mature rated game.

I own every Assassin's Creed, and I honestly like this one the least.

Graphics are good-- and the ships are an interesting aspect

No upgradable armor-- No parachutes-- Awful storyline-- No adult based humor (PG rating at best)-- Far less focus on assassination contracts (the main point of the game)-- GLITCHES EVERYWHERE (seriously..; everywhere

I would give this game a 4.5 star but since i can i rounded up for it. this definatly the best game since AC2 and it changed the gameplay and enjoyment level for the better just as much. I really hope Ubisoft has learnt it is better to spend 3 years developing a game than to rush one game a year.

As a lover of both stealth and action games, Assassin's Creed is easily one of my favorite franchises out there, even if it did take me awhile to warm up to the whole sci-fi front end of the story with the Animus and diving into memories embedded in DNA.

This reviewer has a confession to make. Despite being a fairly well-rounded gamer who finds the time to play many of the latest and greatest releases, my only full experience with Assassin's Creed is the experimental first game.

An admirably imaginative approach to downloadable content that has a better story than the main game, but not quite enough variety in action and missions.

The alternative history story is a great idea and the change in atmosphere very effective; Fun new supernatural powers and a de-emphasis of some of the game's more tedious features

The game structure is still overly linear and the combat remains unremarkable; Dull side quests and very few new locations

four words; Too short, over priced ! Who pays ~$12 bucks for a 2.5hr prologue teaser, me I guess, but not again... And most of my in game time was spent slogging through waste deep snow looking for some in game value... Loved the game, but mad as h#ll for wasting dollars on this tripe.

Pros: Great rich story line, Amazing open environment, well thought out NPCs (especially those in your village). Game time can be as quick or long as you wish. Naval missions, watching your own village grow.
