Assassin's Creed III Review (360)

The American Revolution awaits! Having come off a terrific trio of games starring a compelling protagonist, and now with a brand new setting and hero, Assassin's Creed III had a lot expected of it. Could Connor's venture through the American Revolution live up to the hype?

Gorgeous world to explore; well designed animations; naval battles add a new element to the franchise

Odd pacing; shocking amount of

Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington – Episode 2: The Betrayal (Xbox360)

And so starts the next episode of The Tyranny of King Washington downloadable content for Assassin's Creed III. Titled The Betrayal, this new installment takes you out of the bitter cold wilderness and into the streets of Boston, where you will be met with familiar faces (but not familiar morals),...

Assassin's Creed 3 DLC episode two review

Despite reintroducing familiar characters and locations in intriguing new ways, the DLC felt overly familiar and was let down by repetitive missions and underwhelming new powers.

"GREAT GAME, MUST PLAY"

Pros: Great rich story line, Amazing open environment, well thought out NPCs (especially those in your village). Game time can be as quick or long as you wish. Naval missions, watching your own village grow.

four words; Too short, over priced ! Who pays ~$12 bucks for a 2.5hr prologue teaser, me I guess, but not again... And most of my in game time was spent slogging through waste deep snow looking for some in game value... Loved the game, but mad as h#ll for wasting dollars on this tripe.

Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny Of King Washington, The Infamy review – alternative?history

An admirably imaginative approach to downloadable content that has a better story than the main game, but not quite enough variety in action and missions.

The alternative history story is a great idea and the change in atmosphere very effective; Fun new supernatural powers and a de-emphasis of some of the game's more tedious features

The game structure is still overly linear and the combat remains unremarkable; Dull side quests and very few new locations

Assassin's Creed 3: The Tyranny Of King George Review

Assassin's Creed 3 The Tyranny Of King George offers a flight of fancy shake-up, but can Ubisoft's first two DLC chapters impress?

Assassin's Creed III

This reviewer has a confession to make. Despite being a fairly well-rounded gamer who finds the time to play many of the latest and greatest releases, my only full experience with Assassin's Creed is the experimental first game.

Review: Assassin's Creed III

The Assassin's Creed franchise is a bit like The Bold and The Beautiful. While the latter was a soap opera that had everyone sleeping around with everyone else, the former has a story that's [...]

Assassin's Creed III Review – Wii U

As a lover of both stealth and action games, Assassin's Creed is easily one of my favorite franchises out there, even if it did take me awhile to warm up to the whole sci-fi front end of the story with the Animus and diving into memories embedded in DNA.
