My circa 1998 Onkyo DX-C730 CD changer started showing signs of age. The sound would drop for a split second and then come back on. I decided to replace it with a much higher-end model. I have an extensive CD collection and wanted a player to really bring the discs alive.

I compared this with a Marnatz CD player and the sound from the Arcam was richer and more detailed. However, the connectivity for streaming is not intuitive and the instructions limited.
