Apple iPod touch 4th gen review Review

A high-resolution screen and video calling just made the best better, but we'd recommend an iPhone 4 if you can afford it.

High-resolution screen; Video calling; Easy to use; Loads of apps

Rubbish camera; No FM radio or GPS; Reliance on iTunes

Apple iPod touch (4th generation) review

Apple's iPod touch has had a radical makeover, with the fourth-generation Touch coming in the wake of the widely praised iPhone 4 and offering some of the same features. It is Apple's best iPod to date and can be considered a triple threat: a gaming console, multimedia player and internet device.

Apple iPod Touch 4th Generation 64 GB

A recent poll in the NYtimes website surveyed the biggest contribution of Steve Jobs. I gladly voted for the ipod (majority of the voters rooted for it too at the time). Everybody worshipped the ipod , and I personally thought it was the most radical advancement of the previous decade in technology.

The Best smart phone

though this doesn't look like a smart phone it doesn't have the phone feature But it has all the features except phone which iPhone has it. But the good thing is that it can call via WiFi. The processor A4 is awesome in speed and opens the apps within a second.

attractive design; slimmer and thinner; great speedy A4 processor; Great apps and realistic games

limited color addition; very low resolution of camera; base model starts with 8GB; very sensitivity model

The king of the iPods gets some nice new features and a smaller form factor, solidifying its place as the portable media player to beat.

Impressive 2010 feature additions; Slimmer than ever; Seamless interface; Improved display; processor

So-so still photos; Body prone to smudges; scratches

The most beautiful MP3 player we've seen, and a peerless all-rounder for music, media and gaming.

This is simply the best-looking iPod, indeed the best-looking MP3 player we've ever laid eyes on; The Touch 4G is even thinner than its predecessors – any bulges have been eradicated to leave a sheer, smooth device, The new Retina Display that it shares with the iPhone 4 is just as stunning with its...

The camera on the new iPod touch is still a touch disappointing; Stills top out at a maximum of 960×720, so you won't be replacing your cam with these just yet; And the fixed focus doesn't help matters, The maximum capacity is a mere 64GB, so this is not for audiophiles.

Apple iPod Touch 5th generation review

As a device, the Apple iPod Touch 5G is outstanding. There are a few subjective things that may bother people, such as the Touch Loop, and the light body. iOS 6 is also problematic for some – Maps is still an issue, and the Apple ecosystem is still adapting to the wholesale changes in the new...

Beautifull designed; Bigger; bolder display; High quality cameras

Very pricey; iOS still problematic

Apple iPod Touch 64GB review

If you think a £110 premium is a fair price to pay for a bigger screen and App Store downloads, you'll love the touch. If not, turn to the classic and bag yourself an extra 96GB.
