Apple iWatch 3 - worthwhile investment

Very happy with my purchase. It had proven to be very useful for recording activities and encouraging behaviour changes to move more. Suits a larger wrist as looks oversized on my partner who has smaller wrists.

All told, the Apple Watch Series 3 feels like two separate devices. When it's used as a traditional smartwatch - by which I mean it's connected to, and in range of a phone - it's the best wearable Apple has ever made.

Improved performance; Great battery life when connected to a phone; Valuable new fitness features; Siri feels more useful

iPhone still needs to be on to receive texts; Lousy battery life on LTE; Call quality can vary; Apple Music streaming not ready yet

Apple Watch Series 3 GPS, 42mm Space Grey Aluminium Case with Grey Sport Band MTF32X/A review

Apple announced the third generation Apple Watch alongside new iPhones last month. What sets the Series 3 model apart from previous iterations is that it comes with the option to connect it to a cellular network, breaking the requirement to always have an iPhone nearby.

Battery life; Bright; sharp display; Siri integration is much better; Capable of ditching iPhone for short periods of time

It's more expensive than the non-LTE Apple Watch Series 3; A monthly fee is a non-starter for some

The Series 3 Watch isn't an essential upgrade for Series 2 owners, unless you're desperate for that cellular connectivity to free you from your smartphone. However, for owners of the original Apple Watch and anyone who's yet to make the jump to smartwatches, this is a solid purchase.

Cellular support; Excellent health tracking; Same sleek design

Apple Watch Series 3 review: better late than never

The new Sport Loop band is made from a soft nylon weave and comes with a velcro fastening. Green dots on the screen denote the signal strength. It's been two and a half years since Apple came along and, in one stroke, legitimised the smartwatch market.

Cellular service; S3 dual-core processor; comparable battery performance

Cellular setup; signal strength indoors; no playing nice with third-party services

Even though the cellular variant of the Apple Watch Series 3 looks identical to the previous model, it does more than any smartwatch can do today. It gives you the freedom to not be tied to your smartphone and enjoy your workout without any distractions.

Can make phone calls independently; Can stream music without using an iPhone; 50-meter water resistance; Arguably the best fitness watch you can buy

Battery life falls short with heavy cellular usage; Needs to be recharged every night

Apple Watch Series 3 review: iPhone's ideal buddy

Apple has been developing electronic masterpieces for a decade and devices right from the iPhone to the iMac have been around as proof. While most are standalone devices that perform tasks designed for a particular purpose, the Watch is something that is more of an add-on, an extension to the...

(Pricejakt.se will check if my review may be here, since the product I actually purchased is an AW Series 3, but the Nike + version, where the difference is only the bracelet, + exclusive Nike program for Clock with the Clock board.

Review: Apple Watch Series 3 with cellular further establishes an emerging computing platform

The Apple Watch Series 3 with cellular takes a major step forward in making Apple's wrist-worn device its own independent, connected computing platform. Simply put, it's a must-have for athletes in the Apple ecosystem, and a wearable device worth considering for many other non-fitness use cases.
