So far, I love everything about the Apple TV 4k... great picture, great that it syncs with my itunes account, great that I can get Dolby Atmos streaming. However, the remote is enough to drop it down from five+ stars to a 4- (low 4) rating. What is the problem with the remote

Small; seems to run cool (unlike some other streaming devices); excellent video and audio processing (best picture and audio of any of my streaming devices) Bought for integration with my itunes account and tv and movie playlists and am not disappointed about that

As mentioned; the remote; without a fast forward/skip or reverse/skip back button is almost useless

This is one of the best gadgets around and should become a Christmas bestseller. The contents is high standard and the quality matches the brand. I recommend it, specially if you want to avoid Sky's extortionate packages. AO customer service is 10/10 and delivery was super fast. Overall very pleased
