As a regular mouse, the Magic Mouse works well for clicking, vertical scrolling. It is not very comfortable when swiping left or right with the fingers. You have to hold the mouse steady to keep it from sliding while swiping. I use it in conjunction with Apple's trackpad.

I had been using the older mouse with the little ball in the top, which worked great but the ball was getting grimey and less responsive so I got the new magic mouse to try. After downloading the update I switched on the mouse (which came with batteries supplied) and it worked perfectly.

this is fantastic to use, used to have the mighty mouse with the little track ball, this makes like so much easier, touch it where ever you want, swipe left, right whatever.. great little mouse for the price. my only issue is sometimes going to use it backwards... FAIL!!

The Magic Mouse is cool way to use a mouse. No mouse buttons but it by moving it in certain ways it performs the functions of having the mouse buttons. It takes some getting used to and I still have not mastered yet. The bluetooth part works well.
