I just bought this and it works really well the M1 chip is fantastic, not all apps from the App Store are their like your regular apple phone yet but there are different ways you can get the specific app you need but overall amazing laptop, really light in weight, nice LED keyboard and I definitely recommend to buy it if you’re a beginner. It’s great for work - school etc as well.

Although I have been using it only for a week now , its already Lagging and losing charge very easily , Im extremely disappointed , I called and asked if I could return it back , but they said its a long process and most probably not ! As I live far away I didnt come to the place and so was not happy with the result

Very happy with the product however would never recommend shopping with Harvey Norman Online to anyone. Waited 2 weeks for my order to be reviewed, no where on the website does it state your order undergoes a review process. My money of course was debited from my account immediately. Customer service is an absolute joke. No phone number to call, only a messaging service who provide generic answers which are of no help at all.
