I've had a ton of fun playing the game. The voice acting and the script were excellent--it was like watching a movie. The gameplay is decent where you can go in fighting, shooting, or sneaking. YOU determine the main character's story by choosing responses such as "suave", "aggressive," etc.

Alpha Protocol is a commendable attempt at story-driven, role-playing action which sadly doesn't live up to its promise, leaving many of us to wonder at what it could have been with a little more polish.

Alpha Protocol is bursting with great ideas, but none of them make it to the surface unscathed. The RPG and character development elements are perfect for the third person shooter audience. Your actions and skill development have an enormous influence on the game's outcome and adds some reply value.

It's always exciting to try new things, and an espionage RPG set in modern day really fits that bill. Especially if that RPG is for the console platform, where there's a real dearth of clever gaming (though Alpha Protocol is also out for the PC.

Menu's need a bit of lag reduction but best fun since Deus Ex. Loved the moral choices. Sequel please!
