Hostile world with eye-searing graphics, but where's the innovative gameplay?

Stunning graphics & sound; gripping gameplay; intriguing storyline

Evolutionary, not revolutionary; action can slow the game down

What comes to mind when you think of legendary RTS games? The Warcraft series would surely be on that list. The Command and Conquer series would most definitely be on that list. I personally liked the Kohan series.

У Age of Empires богатая история. Первая часть произвела фурор. Мы буквально утонули в живом, ярком, красивом мире. О мультиплеере и говорить нечего. Если на просторах Сети "эпохальная" стратегия не обскакала Warcraft II, то только по чистой случайности.
