Acquire

I've been using Acquire for it must be nearly 10 years. You buy a product and normally it turns on the the door step the next day. If not there is normally a good reason. Prices are great and pretty much always beat the retail stores. I prefer the one stop shop for both home and work and Acquire suits me well. One time I had a dead router and I had a new one turn up the next day!

Misinformation, then billed outrageously

This company proved a major disappointment and concern to us. First, email communication was the pits - either ignored, or they were just plain disinterested. Finally they gave us totally wrong information but not knowing this we placed a laptop order on the base of it. We found out in the nick of time and cancelled the order. A week later they sent a bill for almost $3000! We'd never again attempt to deal with this company as they are not only incompetent but simply don't care. Our family and friends have been told and will not deal with them now either. We rate them '0'.

Great site, easy to order

Acquire have a great selection of products and prices also seem really good. Ordering was no problem and the cable arrived quickly, highly recommended!
