The product is great, but the customer service is even better. I decided to change my order before it shipped. No problem for APC ! The change took place without a hitch and the APC sales people were very polite and helpful.

Excellent value UPS
Scan didn't have my original unit in stock, but notified me and I was able to replace with a substitution that arrived promptly.

Great battery for PC's critical to your operation
I have several of these and they are excellent for PC's that are critical to operation. Only once have I had one fail and not provide a battery warning notification beforehand.

PDUs make plugging things in better
This PDU is great because it takes no room in the rack and it is managed so you can perform remote on/off type functions. Good value.
