Really disappointed with this UPS. APC seems to have changed their USB connection scheme with this model and I couldn't get it to connect my unRAID server. The UPS plug on this UPS is Type B instead of their "standard" plug which is RJ50 (10-pin). The connection cable supplied has USB A and USB B plugs which is different from their standard connection cable which is USB A and RJ50 connectors. The RJ50 looks like an RJ45 but has 10pins instead of 8. My previous APC UPS, an APC Back-UPS CS 650VA, used the standard cable.
