I hunted this model because of these curious DF specification. I was lucky to get one second-head really cheap. I read about harsh mediums and shallow bass, and that striked me at the first time I tried the K240 DF.

The AKG K240 Studio is right at home in the studio, but also makes a welcome addition to practice session rooms. Alternatively, if you're a fan of the aesthetics and overall design, it's an option for listening on the go.

The AKG k240 Studio headphones are nothing if not phenomenal overachievers. They manage to be good in the studio, as well as in the home, and do so in a way that is effortless and refined.

The first thing I liked/noticed was the appearance of these headphones, they look like retro studio headphones. They sound really clear and you can hear sounds that you can't in other headphones. Also seem kind of too flexible but after a few months of using they haven't came close to breaking.
