Abysmal customer service! Ordered a bike from them in December 2011 & was told it had to be shipped from another store. Last week I was told it was still in transit and would be here this week. Rang today to see when I could pick it up and was told there was no bike ordered. They had run out of stock. Poor communication & poor customer service. I would NEVER buy from Bike Barn after this fiasco!!!!

The service was faultless and the bike I purchased (a Radius Jaguar)is perfect for what I need. The sales gentleman was friendly and not inclined to rush me into any decision, happily explaining the differences between my current bike and the one I ended up purchasing, gave me a fair appraisal for the old one should I wish to on sell it, and was kind enough to answer a few other miscellaneous questions I had regarding servicing. A+++ shopping experience and a great bike purchase. I'll be returning there for future purchases.
