Say what you want about Nintendo – there's no other games hardware manufacturer doing more to bring social and multiplayer gaming back into the living room, and far from the often maddening experience of playing against screaming malcontents online.

1-2-Switch is at its least effective when you have to rearrange the hardware in order to play a specific game. For example, in Hold the Baby, you need to attach the controllers to the Switch, a process that takes a good 30 seconds. Likewise, in Telephone, you have to remove the Joy-Con strap.
1-2-Switch does a great job of showing off the unique feature set of the Switch and its Joy-Con controllers, but it's seriously lacking in long-term appeal. When played with a group of friends or family members it's a proper hoot, and has the same social gaming appeal that made Wii Sports a living...
Makes great use of the Switch's innovative hardware; great fun at a party
Only fun for a couple of hours; should've been bundled with the console
It wouldn't be a new hardware release from Nintendo without some weird-ass game to showcase whatever nifty innovations Nintendo has packed into their controllers. The Nintendo Switch launch follows in that tradition by delivering the unique launch title 1-2 Switch .
Good showcase for Joy-Cons; Some intuitive and interesting mechanics
The fun doesn't last long; Not all mini games are worth playing; Frustrating accessory swapping
It's fun for groups, but that's about it. I ended up selling it cause i never played it enough. My friends and I found other group games to play that were better ie: Mario Kart 8 .
Given the Nintendo Switch is attempting to straddle the line between casual and core gaming, 1-2 Switch is a necessary launch title. While console veterans will likely be more than happy to plonk down their cash for The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild and play it for months until more titles...
Just as we wrote in our review of Nintendo's new console, 1-2-Switch is the packed-in game that the system is sorely missing at launch. The way that the various mini-games contained herein show off the true potential of the Switch is impressive, and the broad range of features built into the...
A joke to play, especially with the exorbitant price. It works hardly well as party games because it takes too much time between the game rounds. You play a game that takes 10 seconds, then you have to wait an eternity before you can play again or change games just to check out a lousy tutorial.
Has some high points, but soon gave way to glaring faults. Not the worst game, but is difficult to recommend.
