Saints Row IV Review

The Saints Row series quickly escalated from its humble beginnings as a decent, albeit derivative open-world title in 2006. While Saints Row 2 had a moderately darker storyline, it incorporated the same quirky humor as the original, and its DLC began to show signs of a change in artistic direction.

● Lots of things to do ● Ridiculous; over-the-top gameplay ● Superpowers

● Story is rather weak; even for Saints Row ● Could use some more platforming

Hail to the Chief | Saint's Row IV Review

The Saint's Row crew is back for another adventure, but things are a little different this time around. Volition has cranked the over-the-top antics to its fullest to provide gamers with the most outrageous, raucously good time the series has seen in its four-game history.

Over-the-Top Action; Customization

None

After Saints Row: The Third , it was hard to imagine how this series of increasingly zany open-world crime games could possibly get any zanier. Rather than attempting to tackle that challenge head-on, Saints Row IV sidesteps it by being an almost completely different type of open-world game.

Fun movement and combat abilities; Wild story missions; Some very funny writing

Combat grows dull despite your varied powers; Monotonous setting

Saints Row IV: Enter the Dominatrix (Xbox 360) Review

Putting a piece of DLC out for which the entire game is based on is an interesting concept, to say the least.

Saints Row IV

The Saints are back and, let's face it, they haven't much improved from their crass, violent, self-indulgent, Earth-saving, totally awesome selves despite having become the pre-eminent citizens of the United States.

Saints Row IV Review

For a game made in a mere 18 months, " Saints Row 4 " is remarkably complete. Not all of the new activities are brilliant, but at least Volition hasn't just rehashed previous gameplay content.

The Saints got a super powered upgrade

I always think to myself what does a game need above all else amazing visuals, great story, fantastic world, and while all of those are welcomed. The answer is that the game needs to be fun and I'm happy to say that Saints row 4 aces that.

Disgrace to SR1

This game is plain bad unless you like flying around killing aliens then go buy it. Mainly for little kids I assume. Volition you're messing up what saints row is truly based on!!!

Saints Row 3 got a 7.6, so that's what I should give this game, because it's honestly SR3 on steroids. While playing it, it feels like the developers took Saints Row 3, developed a super powers cheat code, added some sort of campaign, intended for it to be DLC, but then decided the should make a...
