2ds's are sooo cool!

This version of the DS is soooo cool! the way it plays 3d games in 2d means I would be allowed to get it (so my parents know I'm not sneaking on 3d). Even the design looks better, the controls fell more spread out and the colours have nicer selections with two colour choices.

A brilliant handheld console

I've just started using the Nintendo 2DS and I enjoy it very much because I like the console and I prefer it than the 3DS because I'm not a big fan of 3D screens. I enjoy all the Mario games that I've played and I also like Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D.

fantastic

I was a little apprehensive buying the 2 DS instead of the 3 . but my son loves it. the reason I went with the 2 was the prices QVC gave me a great deal and with the extended pay program is a huge benefit. I would and have recommend this product over the more expensive systems.

Excellent product, fast shipping

I found this item through google shopping, I liked that it was cheaper even with the shipping fee than the total price on the retail stores here in my country. The value of the product plus the international shipping is totally worth it for all the functionality and everything else it's got included...

Nintendo 2DS Awesome!!

I bought for my daughter's 9th birthday and I am so impressed! Compared to the original old DS (before they had internet access!), this is more than a games console - there is so much more to it for her. It feels sleek and has a really tidy design. I feel like I got a lot for my money.

Nintendo 2DS vs 3DS

When the Nintendo 3DS first came out, I thought it was just going to be a worthless, gimmicky handheld. However, after playing "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" remake for the 3DS (a game I loved on the N64), I was hooked.

Nintendo 2DS

When the 3DS was first unveiled in 2010, 3D was revolutionising the entertainment industry, and Nintendo 's console was the first major device to offer 3D games without the need for glasses.

Nintendo 2DS – Cheaper, but not Cheap

Just a couple of months ago Nintendo announced the 2DS out of the blue. With no 3D, a confusing name and missing the clamshell shape of the 3DS, no one really knew what Nintendo were thinking. Until we saw the price.

Hands-on: Nintendo 2DS Review

Nintendo unveiled its Nintendo 2DS in late August as a version of its popular 3DS video game handheld that would be targeted towards "very young kids." When Nintendo originally made their announcement, many gamers didn't believe it to be an actual product, but seeing how we were able to get our...

Nintendo has a rhythm that's predictable when it comes to product releases: Create a new console, then create different iterations of those consoles with upgrades aimed at expanding market share in clever ways.
