the item is priced really well, delivery is from Australian warehouse so it was quick. The quality of the camera is really good and I believe the lense is a great starter kit

The Nikon D3400 is a solid camera all around, but its main benefit over other options today is the impressively low price. At $400 including a kit lens, it is very hard to match the value you get out of this camera.
I am a Nikonian so I will always say Nikon cameras are great. The 24 Mp. The 5 FPS. 1080p at 60fps video. Etc. It is a great camera. It is compact. Lets look at the other facts, the Price.
I had long sold my previous DSLR-had gotten 'another' brand and wasnt happy- and thought I would stick to just a superzoom point and shoot, but then saw the D3400 double lens kit and thought, why not!
I am by no means a great photographer, nor have I taken any photography classes, but this camera makes taking great photos a breeze! Simple to use, and easy to understand guide on the camera is a great help!
