EA Sports welcomes the newest installment in the 'Madden' franchise as the popular title celebrates its 25th anniversary. For this historic achievement, EA Sports has created one of the best Maddens yet, by introducing new features and improving several existing gameplay mechanics.

With a new physics engine and a new connected careers mode and Kinect capabilities, Madden 25 is looking to score a touchdown with the fans. The game is looking good, playing ok, and prompted some gleeful moments as if I really scored a touchdown in real life.

It's always difficult to write a review about a new sports title. Given a series' past, it can be difficult to separate a game's true strengths from it's yearly improvements, the latter of which should be expected from a new release.

No complaints here, the controls seem easy enough to use... I like the making your own team based on your style of play. I do however really suck at it, so you know there's that..

Great game but now I need wide screen TV as game doesn't display everything on non-wide screen....interferes with what is happening on game.

I usually pick up games a year or so after the release for great value. Madden 25 is a great sim. I play online against others and have experienced no problems. Still getting use to the interface and changes from previous Maddens as this game has a lot of content.

I've loved this particular series since I was a little kid. It's just an entertaining way to spend a bit of time. Gameplay continues to get more life-like - although I find some of the player faces a bit odd. Enjoy this year in the franchise a great deal!

It's hard to believe that it has been 25 years since the first game hit the shelves. The franchise has spanned over five generations of game consoles and will eventually hit its sixth generation within the next year.
